~ LIMITED WARRANTY ~

AQUATEC WARRANTY SYSTEMS, INC.
("Aquatec") warrants the 58-ELK-XXX
and 5500 series floor care pump products manufactured for ELKCAD/CSW to
be free from defects and workmanship for a period of 13 months from the date of manufacture or 13 months from the date of purchase/installation.
Proof of purchase is required (but not to exceed 18 months in any event).

The limited warranty does not apply to improper installation, breakages due
to freezing temperature, external liquid damage caused from leaks on the
plumbing system, cleaning solution incompatibility, internal hard water and
debris build up, modifications and alterations outside of factory recommended specifications. Unauthorized repairs and return of unassembled pumps WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for warranty. Call the factory at (949)225-2200,

or email: aquatec.com to discuss your need for warranty and request
for an RMA number. Email a photo of the pump and the plumbing system it was
installed into if possible as it will help expedite the warranty process.

Motor carbon brushes are considered wear items. Brush wear may be limited to 1000 hrs. or less. If the carbon brushes completely wears out during the warranty,
period, the pump will not be covered by the warranty.

PUMPS MUST BE COMPLETELY FLUSHED OF ANY LIQUID BEFORE SHIPPING.
If Aquatec receives and determines the product has an unknown or hazardous
chemical with the pump, it has all rights to dispose the pump as scrap in accordance
with OSHA section 1910.1200. PACKAGE THE PUMP CAREFULLY to prevent any
damage. Aquatec will not be liable for any shipping damage on the returned product.
All returns are to be shipped prepaid to: Aquatec Water Systems 17422 Pullman St.,
Irvine, CA 92614. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on a PACKING SLIP
or the box. Please provide an email, phone, fax no. and contact information to enable
the service department to properly communicate the status of the returned product
and be able to provide a time frame for it's repair or replacement (up to 3 weeks).

Upon receipt of the pump, it will be tested in accordance with Aquatec's flow and
pressure specifications. Aquatec's obligation will be limited to repair or replacement
of the unit. No credit or labor allowance will be issued for returns that are found
defective from improper use of the product. A charge will be made for product repaired
from improper use/installation or not found to be defective to include return shipping.
Warranty repair or replacements will be shipped with a carrier chosen by Aquatec.
